Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the personal data you send through the pilot and demo form on remotehangar.com. It applies to this website only, not to a RemoteHangar installation on your own server: we have no access to those.

Who is responsible

The operator of your personal data is the sole proprietor ИП Карапетов Артур Григорьевич (Artur Karapetov), OGRNIP 322774600148044, INN 772484346036, registered at 3 Vostryakovsky Proezd, Moscow, Russian Federation (г. Москва, Востряковский проезд, д. 3).

What we collect

When you send the form, we receive what you type or choose in it:

• what you ask for: a demo call or a pilot
• your name, work email and company
• team size, trackers, git hosts and agent runtimes, if you choose them
• your message

The form service also records, with each submission, technical data sent by your browser: IP address, User-Agent, Accept-Language and Referer. It uses them to protect the form from abuse.

The website itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. It remembers your light or dark theme choice in your browser's local storage; that value never leaves your device. The server hosting the website keeps standard technical access logs to operate and protect it.

Why, and on what basis

We use your data only to answer your request: to reply, arrange a demo call, discuss and run a pilot. We do not use it for newsletters and do not sell or share it with anyone, except where the law requires.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give with the checkbox in the form; its full text is on the consent page. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to support@remotehangar.com.

Where your data is stored

The form is handled by form-hook, a form service the operator runs itself. When the form comes into view or you start filling it in, the page loads its spam check (captcha) from app.form-hook.com. form-hook stores submissions on a server in Moscow, Russian Federation. This applies to everyone who uses the form, wherever they are.

Your submission stays in form-hook only: no copy or notification with its contents is emailed anywhere, and it is not transferred outside the Russian Federation. We read it there and reply to the email address you gave.

How long we keep it

• form-hook deletes each submission, with its technical data, 30 days after it arrives.
• If you withdraw consent earlier, we delete your data within 30 days, unless the law requires keeping it longer.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop processing it, and you can withdraw your consent. Write to support@remotehangar.com; we answer within 10 working days. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Changes

If this notice changes, we publish the new version on this page with a new date.
