Consent to the processing of personal data

By ticking the consent box in the pilot and demo form and sending it, I freely give my consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms below. The processing is governed by Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

Operator

Purposes

• To reply to my request by email.
• To arrange a demo call, discuss and run a pilot, and discuss license terms.
• To protect the form from spam and abuse.

Data covered

What I enter in the form:

• my name, work email and company
• what I ask for: a demo call or a pilot
• team size, trackers, git hosts and agent runtimes, if I choose them
• my message

Technical data the form service records with each submission: IP address, User-Agent, Accept-Language and Referer.

Actions

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer as described below, blocking, deletion and destruction, with or without automated means. No decisions are made about me by automated processing alone.

Where the data goes

The form and its spam check (captcha) are handled by form-hook.com (the captcha loads from app.form-hook.com), a service the operator runs and controls itself; this is not a transfer to a third party. Its database is on a server in Moscow, Russian Federation. The submission is stored there only: no copy is emailed and the data is not transferred outside the Russian Federation.

The operator shares the data with no one else, except where the law requires.

How long

• form-hook deletes each submission, with its technical data, 30 days after it arrives.

Withdrawal and rights

This consent is valid from the moment I send the form until the purposes are met or I withdraw it. I can withdraw it at any time by writing to support@remotehangar.com; the operator then stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, unless the law requires keeping it longer.

I may ask what data the operator holds about me, have it corrected, blocked or deleted, and complain to the data protection authority or a court.
